Terms of Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, Xandio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use one (1) instance of the Xandio add-in on one (1) computer per license seat, for your own use.

Xandio is offered under the plans described on the Pricing page:

• Monthly: SGD 10.00 per month, billed monthly until cancelled
• Annual: SGD 88.00 per year, billed annually until cancelled
• Lifetime: SGD 249.00 one-time payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, who acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring billing for the applicable plan until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' notice for new billing cycles; existing prepaid periods are unaffected.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, email admin@xandio.app within 14 days of the original purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

After the 14-day window:

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable; cancel anytime to stop further billing
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the current term; cancel to stop renewal
• Lifetime purchases are non-refundable

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues directly and quickly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to seek a refund is a material breach of these Terms. If you initiate a chargeback:

• Your license will be suspended immediately, regardless of whether the chargeback is ultimately upheld;
• You will remain liable to Xandio for the disputed amount and for any fees we incur in connection with the chargeback (typically USD 15–25 per dispute), recoverable as a debt;
• We may decline to provide you with future products or services and may report repeat or fraudulent chargebacks to fraud-prevention networks operated by our payment processors.

If you have any concern about a charge, please email admin@xandio.app before initiating a dispute. In most cases we can resolve the issue the same day.

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or rent the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
• Circumvent license activation, copy protection, or per-seat device limits
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law

All right, title, and interest in the Service — including all source code, designs, branding, and content — remain the exclusive property of Xandio. These Terms grant you a license, not ownership.

We may update the Service from time to time. Updates may add, change, or remove features. We aim to maintain backwards compatibility but reserve the right to discontinue features with at least 30 days' notice for paid users.

You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

We may suspend or terminate your license without refund if you materially breach these Terms (including violating Section 5). Upon termination, you must uninstall the add-in.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or defects;
• the Service will be compatible with every version, build, update, or configuration of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, or Microsoft Windows, including future updates released after your purchase;
• the Service will not cause Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, or your operating system to crash, freeze, or otherwise malfunction;
• any presentation, file, or data accessed, created, or modified while the Service is installed will be free from corruption, loss, or alteration.

The Service interacts with Microsoft PowerPoint through APIs that are outside our control. Microsoft may change those APIs at any time, which may cause the Service to behave unexpectedly. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but make no guarantee.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for saving your work frequently and maintaining your own backups of any files you create or edit while the Service is installed;
• You should test the Service on non-critical files before relying on it for important presentations;
• The Service is a productivity tool intended to assist with — not replace — professional judgment in preparing presentations;
• You will not rely on the Service alone for any presentation that is time-sensitive, business-critical, or where loss or corruption would cause significant harm, without independently verifying its output and maintaining backups.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• In no event shall Xandio, its partners, employees, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, missed deadlines, lost or corrupted data or files, lost work, or cost of substitute services, even if Xandio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Xandio's total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or relating to the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you actually paid Xandio in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).
• Where any law prohibits the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

You agree that the limitations and exclusions in this section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk in light of the price you paid for the Service, and form an essential basis of the bargain between you and Xandio.

You agree to indemnify and hold Xandio harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the data practices described there.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be notified to active customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
